The Sophie Scholl Quarter in the Baumberg suburb will consist of 200 centrally located homes with a total floor area of around 15,000 square meters.
It is planned for delivery from mid-2022 to 2025, following completion of homes in the "Unter den Linden" and "Europaallee" neighborhoods. The same goal applies here: it is to create a lively community with qualified architecture. The planning objective is to create good quality homes that are affordable for all generations and social strata.
